Replace a License

Customers can replace active licenses.

The following rules apply to replaced licenses:

  • Expired licenses cannot be replaced.
  • Voided licenses cannot be replaced.
  • A refunded license cannot be replaced.
  • A customer who has revoked privileges cannot request replacement licenses.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to replace a license:

  1. On your customer homepage, click Purchase History.
  2. On the Current Licenses page, for the product you want to replace; click Replace in the Actions column.
  3. On the Shopping Cart page, review the products in the cart, and click Checkout.
  4. Select your payment method and complete the checkout process.
