Replace a License
Customers can replace active licenses.
The following rules apply to replaced licenses:
- Expired licenses cannot be replaced.
- Voided licenses cannot be replaced.
- A refunded license cannot be replaced.
- A customer who has revoked privileges cannot request replacement licenses.
Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to replace a license:
- On your customer homepage, click Purchase History.
- On the Current Licenses page, for the product you want to replace; click Replace in the Actions column.
- On the Shopping Cart page, review the products in the cart, and click Checkout.

Select your payment method and complete the checkout process.
