Download a PDF of a License

Licenses that have the ability to be downloaded as a digital copy in PDF format can be found in the Purchase History section of your customer homepage.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to download a PDF of a license:

1. On your customer homepage, click Purchase History.
2. On the Purchase History page, navigate to the product for which you want to download a PDF, and click Download PDF in the Actions column. A PDF file is downloaded.
3. Click each PDF and verify that the information is correct.
4. On the Reprint Documents page, click Done.
