Remove a Payment Method from Your Account

You can remove payment methods from your customer homepage to discontinue using expired credit cards or unusable bank accounts.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to remove a payment method from your account:

  1. Log in to your customer homepage.
  2. On your customer homepage, under your customer information, select Manage Payments & Renewals.
  3. On the Manage Payments & Renewals page, navigate to the payment method you want to remove and click Remove.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, click OK to remove the payment method from your account.
