Check Drawing Results

After a customer enters a drawing, and the drawing has been run by the agent, results are emailed to customers. Customers may also check the drawing status by logging in to their online customer account. If the customer is a winner of the drawing, they will see a banner indicating they have been granted an award. The customer may then purchase the related tag for their awarded drawing.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps as necessary to check or verify your drawing results:

1. Log in to your customer homepage.

2. On your Customer homepage, in the Applications and Points section, a banner displays for drawing winners indicating points awarded and the status of your application.

3. On your homepage, in the Licenses section, click Current Licenses.

4. On the Current Licenses page, click the product name for the award, then click Add to Cart.

5. Complete the purchase of the awarded tag.
